If you are like me and love a great narrator like Ari Fliakos, and a fast paced adventure, then this author and narrator are for you.
Always check the source of a review eg: Shelly or Wayne as they are spot on. Critics are a dime a dozen, but people who know good pace and dialogue should be trusted.
No of the 3 stories this one does not top 1 & 2, but it certainly follows our hero’s accomplishments! I did stay up late into the night to finish this one and I was not disappointed. Yes the author seamlessly adds tidbits to each successive book, not enough to give away the story, but just enough to entice you get go back and get it, if you tend to read a series out of order like I do. I could not wait to report to all that the negativity from a few reviewers were not accurate at all. Yes I did manage to listen to book 4 before #3, but I was so compelled to get 3 as I found out author Major Tom, may he Rest In Peace passed when he was 52 yrs old died of cancer, and no one has yet to picked up the baton after 5 book Execute Authority. I am now going on to my last book to savor this last adventure. In this series, you Root for our people who serve and you certainly have a good feelings when the bad guys go up in flames.

Not a bad story.

this book has received mixed reviews from numerous readers. Most notable for gaps in the plot. In fact there are some gaps but not plot gaps, more like timeline gaps to cram the complicated story into the time alloted. it's a good story and enjoyable listen. my only complaint is the sporadically mispronunciation of military terms or locations by the narrator.

I'm liking it

like the narration, too. Some of the scenarios seem a bit of a stretch but it's entertainment. That and the fact that Fury has lived some of this .... maybe there's more truth than fiction. I hope Kolt keeps going.

Two for three, Still worth the listen.

As a stand alone book this is still a great read, however personally, I did not find it as good as his first two books. It’s understandable given the challenge of weaving in a new antagonist. I found his previous two books were far more captivating when Colt is pitted against a terrorist mastermind.

A good read, a little off from previous books

Overall I still enjoyed the book, characters and plot. A little frustrating with some of the errors in the story with recalling events in previous books and how it jumped around a lot with huge gaps in the story.

great book

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

What can I say, great author, great story and great narrator. All three things go together to make this a great book. I listen to the books while driving and have sat in my driveway listening to end of the chapter. I have even caught myself looking forward to driving to work so I can get another hour of listening in. As before Dalton Fury has written a fast moving and exciting book. Sometime predictable but not always and just enough to keep you listening to see what is going to happen next. I hope we have not seen the last of Dalton Fury books.

He is great at putting you in the story.

I wish there was someone to pick up his torch and run with Racer! What an amazing series this would make for Amazon or Netflix 🇺🇸

EXCITING RIDE!

FULL ASSAULT MODE is the third in the Kolt Raynor series and it is a fast paced, exciting ride, as one would expect of a tale about Delta Force and terrorism. The book builds up the team relationship within Delta before having our hero, Major “Racer” Raynor getting in trouble with his direct superior officer when Raynor disobeys an order but manages to complete a dangerous mission. It then takes Raynor down a rode that he would never expect........!!!

WoW...

Superman has nothing on Racer! Great book! He and Hawk make a great team again!
