I love the whole series… The characters, as well as the story was very interesting. Look forward to reading all three books.

I loved the story line, the history and the culture of these books. it helped me imagine the everyday life my family went through in Holand during the war and the days following the war.

I binged all three books! Fell in love with all the characters- even after being frustrated with some characters. I am a historical fiction fan. This is one of the best trilogies I’ve read this year.

One of my favs

Flowed very well connected to history and family grief and joy. So well written and thoroughly enjoyed. Starting book 4 now
