Their flawless delivery includes appropriate tonal inflections and pauses, designed to communicate rather than persuade. Transitions between speakers are seamless. They are professionals through and through.

This is the final book in the series. The author’s steady writing style focuses on teaching rather than persuading or recruiting. I appreciate the thoughtful craftsmanship of this book and the entire series.
