This book is in three parts and the first section tells the personal story of the woman who overcame a negative way of thinking and went on to become an empowered and successful life coach.

The second section explains what life coaching is and what it can do to bring effective changes for you if you are committed to improving the quality of your life. The third section is in the form of an audio workbook. This divides your whole life into eight aspects - career, finance, responsibilities, health, relationships, growth, attitude, and recreation.

The workbook poses questions which encourage you to reflect on how satisfied you are with your life. Your answers will highlight the aspects which are most out of balance and require you to take action.

From Cave to Coach is the first book in a series which is designed to give support as you make the required changes to achieve a quality, successful life.
