Very good

This is my first listen or read of Gary Smalley. I have followed Gary Chapman's advice for a long time and was pleasantly pleased w/Gary Smalley. I learned alot from this audiobook. I do suggest it to anyone who has trouble w/anger in their marriage. I find I get frustrated easily w/my husband and found great advice to follow here. I will definitely find more from Dr. Smalley.

This restored my relationship with my wif and kids. I believe the tools discussed have rhe power to change my generational sins by the power of Jesus Christ!

Anger is an anchor

It's hard to understand and recognize anger in yourself. This book can help you let it go. Anger holds you in place stick like a ship that's dropped anchor, but releasing it is like pulling up the anchor freeing ones self to move forward in any direction. Great read. If you are a grudge holder, this book is definitely for you!

This book addresses some many of the issues and concerns. Finally some answers to many questions.

really enjoyed listening to the book sometimes I don't have a lot of time to read and this way I can get the message within me and this book answered a lot of questions on anger is truly a wonderful book if you are truly looking on how to handle your anger, not someone else's anger but your very own anger issues then I highly recommend this book

AMAZING

Married or not, in a relationship or not, this book will address Anger. It is a MUST-read for every Christian couple. I am paraphrasing this book: It only takes one person to change, and that is all it takes. 2nd best Christian book ever read.
