Heartbreaking Cliffhanger….

I have not found a book the Brooke has written that I haven’t enjoyed, but dang the cliffhanger! The tears!!!!

LOVELY

Ollie and Reid's is a gentle love story , although it begin with tragedy. These two together gave me a warm feeling inside. It was a different story whereas I didn't know when the shoe would dropped. It could have happen in any of the chapters to which I had the pleasure of reading along with the narrator, who had a smoothing voice that fit well with the story. I so recommend their story! Enjoy! Now on to book II. That shoe did dropped and book II will let me know if these two will get their HEA. I'm sure they will. I need to know how. 😉

Wonderful touching story

This story drew me in from the very first chapter and kept me on a roller coaster of emotions. I found myself living within the story and shedding a few tears and yells of amazement at the ending! What a wonderful ride!

The Sweetest Guy Finds Love

I am so happy to see this book become available on audible and I love Charlie David. Great book and amazing narration, I can’t wait for the next part of the series. This is a really fun amnesia plot that continues into the next book.

Brooke never dissapoints. This book is absolute gold and if you don't fall inlove with the MCs, there is something wrong with you.

Simply beautiful!

They saw each other every day. Watched each other, but never exchanged a single word. Until that day. The day when everything changed. And it all started with a broken coffee machine...

Paramedic Ollie has had a crush on Reid forever. He watches him (in a non-creepy stalker-ish way) every morning when they both buy their coffee. But he never really got up the courage to talk to him, that is until the coffee machine breaks down and he finds the man swearing at it. They strike up a conversation and when they part Ollie is feeling over the moon. Sadly it only lasts for a few minutes - until the next call on the radio comes in, informing them of an accident. An accident Reid was in and was now fighting for his life from.

Ollie, being Ollie can't get Reid out of his mind. He waits in the hospital, desperate for news about this man that he in reality doesn't even know. And when Reid’s family leaves for some food, he sees his chance to sneak in to see Reid with his own eyes. Little does he know that Reid wakes up, and with Ollies name on his lips. The only problem is; he's also missing the past ten years or so from his life...

Okay, so let me start out with that not a lot about this book or story is credible. You just have to accept it and move on, and simply enjoy the book for what it is. Entertainment. And a very sweet one at that. In fact, part from the very beginning where it was all up in the air, this book had this fun and hopeful feel to it. Ollie and Reid were playful, it was new and exciting, falling in love. I just gobbled it all up and had a happy smile doing it, well for the most part.

If I'm being honest here (and I think that might be the point of an honest review) I'm not completely sure what I think of Ollie and Reid as a couple in this book. On the one hand they were so sweet together, and I really enjoyed their interactions and all the feels. It was all new and exciting and shiny and pretty and fun. But on the other hand Reid was in his mind, only seventeen and the romance between him and Ollie developed way fast - especially thinking about that age gap.... so in the end I loved them together, at the same time it just didn't feel completely right.

I really enjoyed Charlie David's narration of this book. I will admit to being very worried in the beginning when he read the blurb of the story, because that whispering breathy narration would have driven me completely insane. Thankfully that was over quickly and my fears were laid to rest when the narration of the actual story began. Sure, it was a bit breathy at times, but I didn't mind it as much, I was so engrossed in the story, which is a credit to David in itself. I love it when narrators take me into the story, when everything else disappears, and he did that with this book. To the point where I was not a happy girl when it ended - and not only because of that ending either....

Forget Me Not is not a standalone book in any way shape or form. It ends with a major cliffhanger so make sure you have the next book ready when you finish this one, or you might just lose your mind.

Brooke has blown this one out of park. I was sucked in right from the get go. I'm having very difficult time with words about how much I loved these guys and their story

Ollie is a paramedic. He works long hours including taking on extra shifts so his friends can spend time with their family's. He is sweet and caring but a lot lonely..

Reid has held Ollie's attention for quite sometime. Reid suffers an injury but in sustaining same, he gains a friend in Ollie.

These two men develop a friendship like no other. They are kind, caring, supportive, and it's a pure pleasure watching them fall in love. I love Reid discovering who he really is and what he loves and I love Ollie there by his side supporting him through this.

This book made me laugh and cry. Ollie sure does have a great best friend in Mike too.

I can't wait for conclusion of their story...

Charlie David did a fantastic job. This was my first audible by him and won’t be my last

Part one: will break you

Just fair warning, this is a duet and should be treated as such. part one will keep you on the edge of your seat, build you up, and then shatter your heart. Its so good.

heartbreaking and amazing storyline

As with all Brooke Blaines books, this boolheld my focus and my heart from start till finish (or to be continued). I knew the story was going to be hard and heartbreaking, when going in, but it still got me anyway. I so wasnt prepared for the storyline and the way you feel the key characters joys and struggels and heart breaking feelings.
Loved the book all the way.
It toke me a coupple of chapters to get with the narrator, but his voice quickly matched the pictures in my head and I ended up liking it a lot. cant wait to start the next book.

Beautiful story

I got this audible from Brooke herself, so thank you again. I have read Brooke’s other books,and this was on my TBR list for while now. This story was beautiful I love how Ollie loved Reid. That cliffhanger was very surprising, so I will be going to listen to second book NOW! I want Ollie and Reid to have HEA.
