Passionate and emotional story!

CJ Bloom and Teddy Hamilton are fantastic narrators. They pull you in with their incredibly passionate and emotional story telling and kept me engaged and connected to the story and characters.

We finally have Taylor’s story in Forever in Cape May. It is a sweet friends to lovers story that I devoured in one sitting. Pierce is a beautiful man. Captured by his love of photography and feelings for his best friend I fell for him hard and fast. Taylor had many insecurities to overcome and some of her actions frustrated me but overall I understood her need to find herself before being able to commit to her best friend. The chemistry and love between them as friends was evident from the start and when they give into more it is beautiful and passionate. What I loved about this book is the location and scenery. Cape May is a place I would love to go visit. The beach is inviting and the scenes of Pierce on the beach capturing beauty in his photography I loved so much. The only flaw was the lack of communication on how they were feeling for each other. It dragged on a bit too long but otherwise I loved the beautiful ending and recommend this series to contemporary romance fans.

Love in the air

This series is amazing! I spent the summer reading and listening to all 3 books. Hearing about the love in these books, gives my love life a spark still!

I think this is my favorite of the 3 books! Taylor and Pierce are that non couple that everyone knows never to get in between. Best friends for years until one drunken night, everything changes. Despite the pact never to cross the friendship line to sex and feelings, one night is enough to throw that pact out. Taylor is leaving to chase her dreams, dreams she’s been ready to follow for years. She’s so afraid that she can’t have dreams and a relationship too. Pierce and Taylor decide they will keep the friends with benefits relationship till she leaves. But when they both truly realize they fell in love with each other, what can they do especially when neither can admit it to each other. Even when Pierce realizes his home is whoever Taylor is, she’s so scared of really letting her guard down. Despite being miserable she feel likes pushing pierce away is what is best, but it’s really what’s safe not not best. The relationship between them is so heartwarming. It shows the foundation of a great love can come from the years of friendship that is unbreakable. Loved the playful banter their chemistry and their fun loving, even just frolicking in the ocean. This story is perfection!!!

I absolutely loved this audio!

Let's start with how well ploted and paced this story is. You are able to capture Taylor and Pierce as friends from their early years, but it's done well enough that its suttle and yet you can help but be pulled into it. The way this was done, through games or through drunken wagers, was so much fun to see that when the chapters where their emotional angst turned up, it really hit a chord. The narration, on the other hand, gave the story depth and so much weight. CJ Bloom came in guns a blazing with her charm, wit, kid voices and her flexibility as an actress able to play emotion and yet still have humor while being vulnerable. Teddy Hamilton, the man the simply can do no wrong, was shear perfection as he also was able to come accross as charming while being strong and vulnerable all at once. I do think this might be my favorite of the series.

Perfect ending.

If you aren’t a fan of Jennifer Probst, this series will make you a fan of her books. Each book in this series and uniquely beautiful. Each one of the Sunshine sisters come with their own sass, style and their loyalty towards the people they love. This last book is the perfect way to wrap up reader’s journey in Cape May.

I loved this book!!!! The series is so awesome and the narrators are great! An absolute must listen!

Loved this couple!!

What I liked best about Pierce and Taylor's story is that since they were such great friends, it felt like I got couple time with them even though they weren't officially together. Knowing Taylor's feelings about commitment, I had serious concerns about if I would enjoy this one and I'm glad to be wrong. The only thing I really wish for this whole series was that all couples decided to be together sooner. I just really enjoy reading about a couple working together against drama instead of that drama being between them. I still enjoyed all three books due to the great writing and likability of all the characters.

Great friends to lovers

I enjoyed the last installment of The Sunshine sisters (they are all standalones) Taylor and Pierce have been best friends forever. They even kissed a couple of times over the years and nothing, but one night everything changed even though they were still in denial. I enjoyed a bit of a different take to the friends to lovers trope in this book and watching them evolve and see how their lives changed over the years. Definitely worth the read/listen.

Would give more than 5 stars

I will usually listen to a book while driving and then switch back to reading when able as I like to imagine the characters myself. These two narrators were beyond amazing and totally brought the book to life way better than I ever could have. I will absolutely search for other books narrated by them. The story itself was the usual awesomeness put out by Jennifer Probst. Full of snark, romance, passion, friendship, love; I couldn’t wait to see where the story would lead. Bravo for another excellent read(or listen).
