Good job depicting Aspergers. Plus loved her tolerance and compassion for him. Glad they went to Bosnia.

Great Series

I really enjoyed this book and I loved this series. I would actually like to see another book about William and Jenna. Jenna kind of got on my nerves sometimes but overall most certainly worth a credit.

Hello Sir William!!!

I just finished this book and was disappointed with no epilogue but was pleasantly surprised that finally I had read a romance novel that was not like the usually lead male and was not surprised that I could want a mam like that.
Autism spectrum is not reason for romance and love not to make for a good love story.
I feel like we need to be as open to love and look inside of a person and not follow a set of social regulations to guide our heart.
worth a credit; in this audible fanatic mind was a yes hands down.

Outstanding Story & Narration🎧Gripping & Heartfelt

This book wowed me like no other, it is an original story that is beautifully told and written. I have been loving this series and book may be my favorite so far, ok, I said that after each book so maybe it is a tie but this one definitely touched another place in my heart. This is William Drake and Jenna Kovac’s story, the story grabbed my attention right away and captivated it straight to the end. The characters are realistic, easy to relate to and connect with. William is a character I will not forget anytime soon, he has a brilliant mind in many ways, but he lacks social skills, his ability to understand things figuratively is outside his realm, he is cut and dry and to the point. He has a huge crush on Jenna Kovac, they both share the same love for period re-enactment and are in the same circle of people. William finds his in with her, he wants to come to her rescue, help her get back something that is precious to her. Jenna, came to the US as a young girl, her father sent her away from her war torn country. Her troubled childhood left her with issues, she is a little bit broken and suffers from PTSD. When William offers to help her she reciprocates and tells him she will help him get over his fear of crowds. I thought these two were great together, perfect for each other. She was so patient with him, understanding he did not always get certain sayings, she explained it to him without judgement or ridicule. I loved how everything plays out in this book, the story is beautifully plotted and there is never a dull moment, there is drama, a touch of angst, a whole lot of heartfelt and emotional moments and a slow burn romance. Brenna Aubry, thank you for this outstanding novel!

🎧📚🎧 And for the fabulous narration, Jason Clarke and Kirsten Leigh are the perfect cast to bring these characters to life. They give each character their own distinct voice making it easy to follow along and know who is who. Their portrayal of the characters is spot on, they performed each role with perfection, completely grasping their characters persona, capturing all their emotions and projecting them into their performance. I adored Jason Clarke’s take on William, he played that role perfectly, Kirsten Leigh’s Jenna was awesome too. These two are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another awesome listen🎧

In love with these beautiful souls

Wow.... Brenna has addressed and beautifully written this book in a way that helps readers understand and glimpse into the essence of a person who isn’t neuro-typical (asbergers). She goes beyond the face of Liam (Will] and into the real him. I didn’t think I could love another couple as much as Adam and Mia, but, Liam and Jenna proved me wrong. Their love story is much sweeter than the previous couples but so much more depth to it. Jenna and Will (as Jenna calls Liam) have a connection that no one else understands and I love how in unfolds. Liam is a strong, gentle, loyal hunk who falls for Jenna, broken but strong, empathetic and beautiful inside and out. Liam gets to play hero to her damsel in distress, and I seriously swooned over him. Jason Clarke, now I understand what you meant in your interview about this series. I honestly can’t imagine anyone else voicing Liam.
Brenna doesn’t skimp on details, making the reader invested 100% into this world she created. Could this book have been trimmed down a bit? sure. There was some repetition to the theme, but that’s pretty consistent with all romance novels. There isn’t anything I would change about this book except to have more Liam and Jenna. I hope that Brenna gives this sweet couple another book! Until then I will continue binging the rest of this series.
