Foolish and Dead at Forty

The eighth story in the Return of the King/Magical Midlife Death another engaging story in this series. There is drama, danger, suspense, a new evil and a rush to try to save Janna. I can not wait until I can read or listen to the next book. I eenjoyed listening to Katie Hagaman narrate the story.

The king is back

This is book 8 in the Magical Midlife Death series and does end in a cliffhanger. Raven is back and the book picks up where book 7 left off with an attack on Jana her daughter. It is a haunting emotional roller coaster for Raven waiting to see if her daughter will die. I have been invested in this series, and I cannot wait to reach the last book to see Raven get her happy ever after ending. Unfortunately, this is not that book. It has danger, suspense and betrayal that Raven does not see coming.

Great audiobook

Wow this storyline is great I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook it is a great story very well written I very much enjoyed this audiobook a lot.

WOW is all I can say

This series is really gearing up for the final
battle between good and evil.
There’s plenty of action drama romance and
the hint of the war that is coming.
The narrator was brilliant with the way she
brought the book and characters to life.

Foolish and Dead at Forty

This audiobook is Book 8 of “Magical Midlife Death”. Raven’s daughter, Jana, who was bitten by a rogue Lycan, and we find out if she makes it and has control or if she has to be put down. We also learn how low Dimitri will sink in his quest for power. And this story has the characters finally interacting with the lycan king.
The “Magical Midlife Death” is one of my favorite series and being able to listen to it while dusting, sweeping, cooking and washing dishes makes those chores go faster and more pleasantly. I recommend this series. I recommend you start with the first story, “Forever Forty”, as each story builds on the next. This is a wonderful series that is well worth listening to or reading. I am loving it and know you will enjoy every minute of it too!!! I am looking forward to listening to “North of Forty and East of Dead” next!.
