Great job of simplifying how to reach your goals
Each chapter covers different areas of your life and goals. One chapter was uninteresting to me, so I skipped through it. The final chapter sums it all up. I will most likely buy the actual book as there are so many lists of questions and charts. I was going overboard on trying to type out and answer questions. I will definitely read this book again.

great lessons on priorities and focus.
this was an extremely helpful list of mental models when can use to increase the focus on all aspects of one's life. focal point with both engaging and instructive centering in on the most important aspect to drive change on any given dimension.
