Wow! What a relief this book is for investors
This book was packed full of nuggets and seriously helpful if you’re interested in learning a real and honest approach to invest in Real Estate. I’m also a Realtor and really enjoyed Marks perspectives on how a Realtor can benefit from an investor standpoint. Thank you!

Awesome book
I’m not an investor, I’m a beginner wanting to be an investor. Marks experience provided so much insight that I’m now aware of my blindspots. The education he thought in this book is priceless. I felt the urge to be one of his students who can pay and get his mentor ship. I’ll definitely look into that option. Now I’m going to buy the rest of his books and listen to them. I’m also going to get my realtor license this holiday season.

Excellent resource with a good grasp on what is reasonable
Many books highlight only the glory without the realities that come with the territory. Mark covers it all.
