Didn’t find this book practical
I really wanted to like this book. I kept listening hoping I would eventually get something out of it. I like the message, which to me sounded like “our true identity is in Jesus and trying to find satisfaction and/or meaning in anything else will only leave us feeling unsatisfied.” However, I never understood what the 5 core needs were and how to determine which ones we’re motivated by and how to replace that with a Biblical perspective. It just isn’t what I was expecting.
