Not as easy to review since it is more tones and my brain cells don't always understand if I am picking up "subliminal" messages or not. It helps me rest when I don't want to listen to "verbage"..sometimes a change is needed from my favorites.

I had originally planned to listen to it for 17 days in row like the the instructions say to. After four days I had to stop due to metaphysical feedback interfering with the winter gift-giving holiday. The supernaturals responded to this particular Solfeggio Harmonic Binaural Beats audio. I found out that if they like something too much they protest and punish the person they're getting it from. Listening to this 17 days in a row seems a bit too intense for them. They were overwhelmed by listening four days in row. Also not during a holiday, also too intense for them. They get confused with the other spirit deity who wants X-mas just for them.
