Very pleasant

I found that I did relax. Such a lovely voice and words. Try it for yourself and your family's wellbeing.

Very relaxing

The book is very relaxing. I fall asleep shortly after I start listening to it. I'll listen to it every night for a few weeks and see what happens from it. Again very relaxing and a great way to get to sleep.

Title Not discriptive of contents!

This book is not worth the read unless you would like to do a simple meditation.

Not the book I expected

Same hypnosis over and over again. Wish I didn’t buy this book. I was under the impression it would be different
