Love the men of Eagle Securities!
Mac lost his best and the love of his life all in one day a decade ago. Yet, he’s never stopped loving Delaney Shapirio, even when she accused him of killing her brother and stormed out his life. When he receives a call that she’s injured and at the military hospital in Germany, and requesting him, he wastes no time getting to her side.
Investigative journalist, Delaney, was kidnapped while on assignment in Afghanistan and severely beaten. She doesn’t recall but apparently she requested that Mac be contacted. She still blames him for her brother’s death and really doesn’t want anything to do with him but she needs to get home and figure out who betrayed her! The story that she’s investigating is HUGE...illegal arms trading and funding. But when her apartment is almost broken into, she realizes that she may need help on this one! Enter Mac and his Eagle Securities team! Can they work together to solve this very real problem? Will there be an HEA for this pair?
Another fast paced, blood pumping story in the series! Great narration keeps you hooked. Looking forward to the next book!

Unbelievable
The book could have been half as long if we didn’t hear repeatedly that Delaney couldn’t get over Brock’s death 14 years later. Really. She should have gotten help years before.
