Exceedingly Compelling

This series is the best stories I've listened to on Audible. It is highly captivating. The characters are rich and well written. Of course Suzy Jackson did a fantastic job bringing everything to life 👏 👏👏👏👏

inconsistent persona

had inconsistent peraonaw through out the book and from the last book. voice even changed for the same character in the same sentence. inconsistent persona from the last book

Another Plum Parrot Home run!

Another amazing book that had me spending my every waking hours listening. A story so well told my memories of it are like remembering a movie I watched.

Excellent tale

Just finished the most recent book in the series, so this is an overall review. Absolutely entertaining, believable worlds and excellent characters. Moves at a high pace but you never feel left behind. Love the science and found the augmentations fun to imagine. Wonderfully fully fleshed out female protagonists! Can’t wait for the next book!

The most amazing sci-fi ever!

This entire story was well written and performed. Although I really did try to pace myself, I found it difficult to set this down, and simply went right through it. I will definitely be "reading" this story over and over ♥️

Is there more? Do we get to learn how these upcoming battles fare, how the relationships pan out or fizzle? Please be more!!!

an absolute epic

this is an fantastic end to the series, at least it feels that way for now. so few punk has even the tiniest beat of hope or wonder but despite so many horrors this was almost solar punk not cyber punk. i just mean we actually got to see so much cool stuff interesting and fantastical world building.
Anyway everyone should check it out

A series I can listen to over and over

This was just awesome. I am happy how it ended. Left room for another series and relationships growing.

Cannot get enough!

I absolutely love this series, narration is perfect and could not have it any other way, I love all the characters in the series and feel that I have grown to know them with such good character development, I hope it just continues because once I’m done with book 6, I won’t know what to do with myself!

Great with Occasional lulls in pace.

Most of this book is wonderful. I had a good time and recommended it.

The only criticism I have is that the interactions between the characters with a cast that has ballooned over six books and that keeps most of them around really becomes a slog around chapter 39 or so.

There are other issues like a brilliant AI with massive resources failing to make smarter tactical decisions and have fail-safes and fall back plans. This is an issue many authors have when writing geniuses... you really have to use the advantage of being able to think about things and talk about them with smart friends in order to model the amount of brain power they should show casually. However, this is only an issue intermittently as the genius AI usually makes optimal decisions. It's still weird when it doesn't.

It's Good

It's a solid book and love how the other leaves it opwn ended. My only issue is the wish wash on the love interest side, plus was expecting some pieces of her pre lucky days and the such to come up. and be explained to the people finally. Other than. that it's good.
