Fun

I’m really enjoying this story so far. I got my hopes up that this was gonna be a poly story but that’s okay I guess. I will continue to listen and enjoy the story as it progresses.

Façade is the second book in the Knight & Daywalker series. This series is set in the Fantastic Fluke universe. This series should be read in order. We are back with Flynn and Davin for more of the story. I couldn't put this book down once I started it. I love the characters and world building that went into this series. But the plot is really good also. At this point Flynn and Davin are still just work partners but you can see that they are slowly becoming more. So much happens in this book that I know I will read it again and again. I can't wait for the next book to see what happens next. If you get the audio narration, Greg Tremblay does a wonderful job of narrating this series. He makes the the book come to life. I would definitely recommend this book.

Facade

Facade deepens Knight & Daywalker by tightening both the investigation and the emotional distance between its leads, forcing secrets into uncomfortable light. Burns sharpens the stakes by letting deception operate on multiple levels—public masks, private fears, and the lies people tell themselves to survive. While the mystery grows more intricate and thematically rich, the deliberate pacing softens the impact of a few moments that could land harder. Still, it’s a confident, emotionally grounded sequel that rewards patience and keeps the series moving forward with intention.

Absolutely fantastic

I absolutely loved this second book. Definitely make sure you listen/read book 1 first. oh wow what a fun ride. I love seeing everyone and some new people in this second book. I still have many questions and can't wait for the 3rd book to come out! Awesome narrator and author!

A good second book in the series. I like most of Sam Burns’ books. I love Greg Tremblay as a narrator and search for books he has narrated.
