GOOD SERIES!

I am enjoying this series! This series is full of action and adventure. The narration was good. It kept me entertained! The author did a good job with the character builds and plot! I look forward to reading the next book in this series! I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Eye of the storm A Gray Ghost novel book 2 by Amy Mckinley is a wonderful read. You could read this book as a stand alone if you wanted but Broken Circle was a amazing read and recommend you read it. Eye if the storm will captivate you right from the beginning. Amy Mckinley has a amazing way of writing and keeping you invested and wanting more. I really enjoyed reading about all the characters Mari Dias and Chris. I look forward to read more books written by Amy Mckinley and thank you for another wonderful read,

Heart stopping

I loved reading this book and the audio took it to another beautiful level. I love the way McKinley writes and thoroughly appreciated the way the narrator brought the words to life. I felt like I was right in the middle of the story. Just a riveting, emotional, suspenseful story. Can’t wait to go back and listen again.

Fantastic Read

Eye of the Storm by Amy McKinley is the second book in the Gray Ghost Series, but it can be read as a stand alone story. (Though you'll want to read it because Amy McKinley writes amazing stories.)

I was excited to find the same narrator performed both stories, as she really helped bring the story to life.

Chris has found himself in a terrible situation. He is alone, injured, and unable to remember anything about his life previously. The lady supposed to be his wife, is by his side and helping, but in trouble herself. Can he save them both and bring back his memory?

Love finds is in the most unexpected places

Love has this way of finding us in the most unexpected places and in the strangest times.
Eye of the Storm is an excellent example of this.
Amy McKinley blew me away yet again with her amazing talent at world building and storytelling. Who would have thought that a soldier with amnesia and a woman on the run could have so much chemistry.
Some of the parts in the book were a bit out of the realm of possibility BUT that's why it's fiction, and it doesn't take away from the story. It works
This is the second book of the series but can be read completely as a standalone.
Regan Brown is an excellent narrator and this book proves it yet again.
Excellent, action packed listen.

Action Packed

When Chris wakes up in the jungle he has no recollection of anything. All he knows is that there is a beautiful woman taking care of him named Mari. She is fleeing from Colombia to get away from a man who is obsessed with making her his wife. Mari knows that this man and his family are no good and she must get away if she wants to live a free, normal life. Mari lies to Chris in order to gain his trust and get his help to flee the jungle, but what will happen once his memory comes back? Their days and weeks spent together in the jungle bring them closer and feelings begin to develop between the two. Soon Chris' memory comes back and even though he knows Mari has lied, he still wants to make sure she is safe. He has been lied to before and burned by a woman he thought he loved so he isn't going to get caught up so easily. How can he be sure that Mari is being truthful when she expresses her feelings for him? Will they be able to have a relationship that will be lasting and strong?

Even though this is a continuation of sorts from Broken Circle, it can be listened to as a standalone.

Great Series So Far!

This is the second book in the Gray Ghost series. This is an audio book and is just under 6 hours. This story follows Chris and Mari. Chris was on a mission when he is fired upon and his parachute is damaged. He lands in the jungle, injured and unconscious. Mari is running from danger and stumbles upon him and pretends to be his wife in hopes of his help. As they struggle on through the jungle to find their way out, his memory slowly returns, but it is too late. Sparks have already started flying between him and Mari. Will he be able to save them?

Eye of the Storm is the second book in the Gray Ghost series by Amy McKinley. These books can be read/listen to as standalones, but I highly recommend you read/listen to this series in order. You definitely won’t be sorry, they are excellent books. This book is Chris and Mari story. It is full of action, mystery, lies and love. I listened to this book in one sitting, I just couldn’t put it down. I’m looking forward to reading/listening to the rest of this series.
narrated this book and she did an amazing job bringing the characters to life. I love the tone and accent. It made for smooth listening pleasure.

I love this suspenseful Series!

This is the second novel in the Gray Ghost Series, a Romantic Suspense. Mari and Chris’s story is entertaining, fast-paced, and captivating, filled with secrets, suspense, and action. Mari is such a great, smart, and strong character. Chris is handsome, and caring. Their story is entertaining! The scenery is amazing. Impossible to put it down. I like this series! This was awesome!

This is the second book in the Gray Ghost series. This audio was about 6 hours and so i was able to listen to it in one afternoon. Chris and Mari are the main characters and i loved them!! So much happens in this book and they come together in the jungle and it was such an interesting and crazy way. They're in danger but will they be able to save themselves or be lost in the jungle forever?
I couldn't get enough of this audio. The story was fantastic and the narrator was amazing. I will definitely listen to more books by both in the future!
