I really enjoyed listening this book. I used some of the memory techniques that are covered and they so far they have helped me recall information without frustration. I am planning to practice these techniques and become skilled at them. I have read several books on memory and this one rates as one of the best.

This was a fast, easy to read book. The 23 items he describes can be immediately applied. I tried reducing caffeine, dividing tasks into high and low energy periods, and taking walking breaks. I noticed the difference in my focus. I have worked remotely for years

This is an awesome book. He says one of his goals is: writing books that help people achieve measurable results in their lives. This book certainly does. Unlike many books it is a quick read that leaves out all the fluff. Gets to the point with practical advice. I look forward to more of his books.
