She has to go on the run with her young son, aided only by her Secret Service agent gone rogue and the young divorce lawyer she tried to hire. Arrayed against the four of them are all the resources of the United States government and a President who will stop at nothing to get her back, before the First Lady (or first son Randy) can reveal his intentions to the public.

This fast paced thriller would be a great movie

The premise of this book, that a sitting First Lady would divorce her corrupt husband, is no longer far fetched. Now that such an occurrence is a possibility we can all imagine, it’s highly entertaining to read Brandon’s version of how that might play out. It’s a highly entertaining book with well developed characters and a fascinating storyline. Once I started listening, I couldn’t stop!

Computer narration is sub par

Good enough story to tolerate the many errors of the computer generated narration. Somehow, corrections should be made.

Computer narration is unacceptabl.

The computer narration lacks awareness of syntax, the cadence, and the vocal variations of a human reader. The reading is flat, without proper inflection, and no way to tell what character is speaking in the book. I recommend avoiding computer-generated narration in all books.
