Amazing

This book is so cute and meaningful. Honestly it’s really quotable as well. There’s something in it for everyone to relate to about feeling like you’re alone in what you’re feeling, but they point is you’re not really. The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t more! I’d recommend it to everyone because I think everyone could get something out of it and enjoy the story.

A treasure

Jomny Sun (of twitter fame) is an absolute treasure. The story of his explorer-alien is charming in book form, and the audiobook adds such nice detail and emotion, it’s worth “reading” both. The characters and plot(s) are deceptively simple with occasional aphorisms (some taken from his genius twitter account) that are deeply thought-provoking. And yet it’d make a great children’s story, too. Highly recommend for literally everyone.

It was more detailed than the paper book, an entirely new adventure, but just as funny, truthful, and heartfelt.

I love the characters in the book. Their stories, adventures, grief, happiness all make the book amazing. I definitely recommend the ebook and paper book. Jonny Sun is incredible.

Great story.

My sister sent me this book, as I’m currently in the middle of an ongoing existential crisis. I’ve listened to it more than once, and for whatever reason it makes me feel better.

Nothing really does matter, and the quotes and ideas in this book are presented in a beautiful way. The description of the humans. The lessons taught were all awesome.

If you enjoy simplistic and overly-precious musings, or have never considered that a giraffe's world view is different from a fish's, or have never seen a sci-fi movie that includes an alien bar scene, you may find something enjoyable or of value in this book. Gah!
