Very relatable
A must read for burnt out humans. Julie Chaves is very relatable. I may have teared up a few times listening because I related to her story. I even bought the book to have on hand.

Must read for any mom or care giver!!!
Being a mom in this day and age is hard. Finding balance and ourselves is a quest. And Julie masterfully documents hers and shares it with all of us.

Julie told my story!
I totally enjoyed the book. It was well written with great insight into self care and mental health issues with the message of hope and healing. I think many of us have gone through similar struggles during the time with small children and trying to do it all perfectly.
