wonderful and captivating

I really enjoyed this book and how I felt as if I was in India! it was filled with adventure, romance, charm and faith! a feel good read with great depth!

It was a beautiful tale of love and healing. It soothed my soul as I read it. Kimberly Duffy is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors.

Hidden gem

My first book by this author. I enjoyed the story so much and the narration was perfect. I felt transported to India. I would highly recommend.

This quote: “There are no accidents all disasters are presided by choices”

It was an ‘ok’ book. I hadn’t realized the impact of the book on me until a situation came up and God brought the quote that was quoted a couple times in the book, to my mind: “There are no accidents all disasters are presided by choices”

This one is special

This is a must-read. Kimberly Duffy has written a profound and entertaining book, at the center of which is a woman’s search for validation and love. Her prose is beautiful but even more is the meaning behind the gorgeous word crafting. She points us to the steadfast and unconditional love of God, and I am better for it. Highly recommend.

I didn’t really care for the voice of the reader.

The story was quite predictable. I prefer a few twists and turns! In reading the synopsis of the book I didn’t really find any surprises beyond that.
I enjoy stories of India, but I found this one lacking in the customs and traditions that make India so appealing!
