I’m just sad that the story is over... I got so attached to the characters! What an amazing/ mesmerizing book!! I will definitely listen to more from this author now.

interesting read

I enjoyed the narrator. Occasionally the story seemed a bit unbelievable, but not so much that I still wanted to hear the next part or chapter - it kept me interested in what would happen! and a great ending!

liked the story and the narrator is great for female characters but her Male and kid voices are downright annoying

Really great read

Just getting in to this author’s books, always been a fan of Kate Morton and these are very similar in their subject and character detail. I listen to dozens of audiobooks a month doing about 8,000+ miles in my car for work and having a great story like this one makes it go by much quicker.

A must read. Narrator is very good and the story is compelling. Well worth the time.

Tried another one by this author after long absenc

but the smut, vulgarity, and pornography continue by this author. I have tried her books at different times in the past and didn't write a review or returned the book, but now I've written reviews for all of the ones I've tried and they are all the same. I fast-forwarded through most of this one and jumped to the end. Incredibly ridiculous to waste a credit on that. Better descriptions need to be presented so one has a better idea what they are renting. I will definitely put this disgusting author's trash on my NEVER AGAIN list. How perverted she must be in her head to write this garbage in the first place.

Soooo Boring

I just finished Stars Across the Ocean and loved it!! So I thought I would enjoy this one as well. I am more than half way through this book and am bored to tears. Nothing much has really happened except the main characters have a lot of sex and he is high on opium all the time. I will be returning this one. So disappointed...
