Wish they could make her books into tv miniseries!!!! Another exceptional work of art by Kimberley Freeman and narrator Caroline Lee. Can't say enough about the interwoven story line that holds my attention from beginning to end. Just absolutely marvelous !!!!!what a gift they are to us advid readers always giving us something new!

Lovely story

Europe to Australia. Rock stars to opera stars. Family secrets unfold as the story exquisitely read by Kate Morton is red. Plenty of twists and turns to keep you satisfied and engaged throughout the book. A lovely story about hope, the search for identity and the importance of belonging.

The most brilliant book I’ve ever had the pleasure to experience. By far my favorite Kimberley Freeman book.

Intriguing book!

Really enjoyed this story - the narration was okay - yet required a lot of different accents - so must've been difficult. The story was quite interesting - recommend it!

Compelling

This is the second book in row I have read by this author. The characters are clearly likeable yet flawed. She weaves a story that keeps you rooting for them all as they work out their lives. There were even a few unexpected surprises at the end. I would definitely read another book by Kimberly Freeman.

Interesting story

Mostly loved this, but SO many switches for one character to another that it was very confusing. I listened and should be easier to read. Could be improved with some good editing and fewer switches. Still---I'm glad I chose this one.

Totally enjoyable.

This is my second Karen White novel. I've listened to several Caroline Lee narrations - she never disappoints.
The story held me throughout and could not anticipate the ending which was quite nice. Several twists and turns with and good finish (don't want to spoil for future readers.

Good story

The story was interesting and I liked it. It was slightly difficult to follow as the story goes back and forth in time and between the characters without a separation. Caroline Lee's voice was somewhat sleep inducing so I kept dozing off, therefore I had to relisten to some chapters.
