Loved it!

This is the first book in the Cursed Series. This a great paranormal, new adult, and urban fantasy romance. I love Odessa Black's writing. I love the characters, and the scenery. My favorites are Cole and Allie. The storyline is complex, intriguing, fast-paced, and filled with mystery, and suspense. Now, I can't wait for the next book in the Series! The narration is great! Shaina Summerville has a great, soft, and beautiful voice, that fits the characters and the story. All the character were easy to distinguish. I received this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily written this review.

twisted tale

What a mindbending supernatural fantasy story. Twisted and more twisted!!! Very suspenseful and intriguing. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a good job.

A good story to listen

This book has a similiar plot to Fallen (the movie, i haven't read the book yet). I love the storyline, but I was rooting for more of a romance side rather than their cursed story

The narrator is good, but she's lacking in some parts of each chapter.

Intriguing

I was captivated from the beginning to the end. I kept getting annoyed when someone tried to talk to me while I was listening. Lol... the author just captivated me with the world she created and to me I felt I was sucked right in. Very mysterious, chemistry, haunted house and land. Narrator did a great job bringing the characters to life and perfect pace performance. Definitely a must get.

Delghtfully paranormal!

A little romancy but done in taste.Allie comes into an inheritance from someone she's never met. The mansion is all hers if she spends 30 days in it. In that time there is small host of colorful characters including Cole, a dark brooding man. She feels an instant connection to him but his prickly attitude pushes her away. The obvious part was the relationship between them but I really enjoyed how the author developed it.

I was hung on every word which the author so colorfully wrote. The scenes were vivid and the story was filled with its share of suspense and intrigue.

Interesting story

This was an interesting story. An interesting romance, some mystery, an inheritance from an unknown woman all tied together to make a great story. I would listen to other books by this author.

The narration is excellent.

So intriguing!

I really loved this story! I had so many questions and did not want to stop until I got my answers. Mystery, romance, paranormal, it all just blended perfectly. I had a few issues with the narrator in the beginning, especially when listening with headphones, but once I switched to listening in the car, it really sucked me in. It was an entertaining read!

Great audio book

Really enjoyed this audio book. The story, back story, characters, details everything sucked me in.

Fantastic Blend of Genres

When I first saw this book, the cover mixed with the title, I had the impression that it was a fairytale like book. The summary was intriguing so I requested a copy. I was not let down. This was a fantastic urban fantasy that started off so regular and went crazy very quickly. It has everything to make for a great story: romance, suspense, intrigue, action, and mystery.

Allie has dreams of a strange woman, a woman warning her away from something of hers, but Allie chooses to ignore them until one day, she inherits a stranger’s fortune. The catch? She must live on the property for 2 weeks to claim the inheritance or else it goes to charity. The bigger catch? The boy from her dreams is there.

Mixed with the smooth narration of Shaina Summerville, this was all around a great read/listen. Definitely check this one out if you like…well…any genre really!
