Loved this story!
Captivating from the first page! Loved the characters and all the twists and turns! Finished in a day. I’m picky about audio book narrators and Nan McNamara did a awesome job for this book! Can’t wait for your next book Michelle!! Congrats on a great one!

Very good debut novel
Ms Cruz can flat write and tell a story. She does put her heroine into some stupid, Lifetime-movie-type situations in this book, but I trust she'll do that less as she gets more confident about her story-telling skills - skills she definitely has!
Having lived in Dallas a long time, I can also attest she really understands the city, which is almost a character rather than just a setting.
I look forward to her next venture!
