Sarah is forced to face the reality of what it means to be an Immortal. Her powers are unstable and Victor must guide her through the process. Sarah also learns King Taggert is slowing dying and Victor will soon take over his title as 'King of the Immortals'. But a dangerous adversary will stop at nothing to win, and Sarah knows Ethano must be stopped at all costs. Sarah's plan of marrying Victor to obtain the ruby ring is starting to backfire as she starts to develop genuine feelings for her warrior king. While trying to fight the attraction she feels toward her immortal husband, she fights to save the ones she loves.

The narrator, Marian Hussey did a wonderful job with her performance of this audio. I felt like I was right there watching everything as it unfolded and played out. She did a fantastic job distinguishing each character's accents. I didn't have any trouble with identifying character's as they spoke. I almost forgot to mention her animal like noises were perfect as well. Once again, Chrissy and Marian reach much farther than 5 stars and I would rate this book as high as I could go. Unfortunately, all I can rate it is 5 but it surpasses 5 stars. I can't wait to see where this story takes me to next. This story is one that I absolutely recommend!

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
This book was a waste for me. I read the first book, and was excited to find book two on audible. Unfortunately, performance ruined it for me. The reader made the main character sound like a helpless Disney princess who tried to be strong and independent...but kept getting in trouble regardless.Do you think Eternal Destiny needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
The book does not 'wrap up' at the end, though there was closure to many of the story lines.Any additional comments?
I think the book could have been much more enjoyable if the 'voice' given Sarah wasn't whiny and childlike. I spent more time trying to decide if the main character sounded more like a Disney princess or someone in a Saturday morning cartoon.Sadly, the audiobook ruined the series for me
