very basic, if you are not new to the area, this book only scratch the surface.

its definitely some useful material here, yet I felt she seemed to repeat herself for filler.

I have known about energy vampire's for awhile, this book just open my perspective to how real they are and assisted me to awaken to how much I can be an energy vampire at times! Will be listening to it again!

Loved this book! I am the type that takes on everybody's energy, and this book helped me realize why I feel so overwhelmed when talking with certain people. It helps you learn to protect and take care of yourself when around these type of people.
