meanders

OK I suppose, but it's more like 3 short stories compressed into one book. It gets you invested in 3 major plots that don't entirely resolve. Emails were *so* long! Decent overall.

Good filler for the series but its no enders game

Would you recommend Ender in Exile to your friends? Why or why not?

I would recommend this book to anyone that is a fan of the Ender series. It Could still be a good story for someone else but you would be missing so much back story that I think the full impact of the book would be kinda lost.

Over all I did like this book, and for Ender fans its def a 4 star book. Though I think that a non Ender fan or someone that hasn't read atleast Ender's Game might rate it lower.

The best send off for Ender!

Brilliant. Emotional. For all fans of Ender and his Jeesh, this book is the ultimate love story. The story told from the heart of Ender's creator to his beloved character. It contains within it a love story to the fans from Ender himself. I always wanted more.....I fell in love with Ender the child and respected him as Andrew the man. Through Ender in Exile, you will get that connection you yearned for in reading the series before this. I cried with true emotion and empathy and yes, love while reading the book. And through this production....I cried even harder! What an incredible cast to have brought our Ender to life. I have listened to the entire series and my heart is full!

this series is what had kept me same during many hours of computer work. great rewrite to the ending of enders game

Great afterword

As usual the story was great, small inconsistencies that really make no difference and that the author clarifies on. It was good to get some closure but still missing that early relationship with Jane and Ender. I suppose First Meetings is as close as we will ever get. I liked the afterword that the author made. it shows a small part of how he works and lives with others. Kind of a bittersweet moment because this was the last book for me in regards to the Ender and Shadow series. I'm sure the formic wars will be good but still, this was the last of Ender for me. Orson Scott Card is old as I write this, I don't expect any more stories and he deserves his rest. Great stories

Sublime and unique!

I didn't thought it can get better than the first one, but I was wrong. While in the first I felt gollowi
G the fight of a boy, in this one I forgot about the kid Ender and listened to the adult Andrew telling about his views, ways, believes and fights with a mich more mature takeover of the history.
I absolutely enjoyed the performance which was matching the one of the play Ender's game and especially Graff's and Valentine's voices.
Well done and totally worth it!

Great little Ender story

Lets you know where some of the others characters are coming from. Great for Christmas!

great storyline

I love how this book (even though it replaces a chapter of enders game) takes on and finished up left off inqiries. like what happened to graff? the last delphici child and so forth. a great addition to enders universe!!!

great sequel to the first and greatest.

It was an exceptional sequel to first book. I am happy to have picked this up and get the full story and Andrew Wiggen.
