Such a great book!

As a highly sensitive person myself who defintely identifies as an empath and who has narcissisitic family members, I found this book very helpful! This book does a great job of explainging why empaths attract this into their lives and how to change that. And also how to dissolve the trauma thats occured by having these people in your life. Such a great book!
