A substantial book on empath.
Looking for a book to satisfy your curiosity about empaths? You may have a look at this as it’s a sterling one. It can be quite a long book (1 hr and so), but it’s not exaggerated and not redundant. I was always wondering how it feels like to be an empath. This book has taken me down to it. I was able to relate with this piece.

Empath: Practical Guide to Discover Your True Empath Types, Understand, Embrace and Glow with Your Special Gift is a cultured audio book. I couldn’t believe it! There's so much to be extracted from this one-hour and thirty-minute book. It’s simple but it’s not predictable unlike the other empath book I’ve listened to in my husband’s audible.

I understand that being an empath can be stressful. I mean, there’s too much emotions coming in. This is where this audio book guide can be useful in. It opens the eyes of any listener and encourages them to value the strengths as well as the weaknesses of an empath. As they, too, like us, are people. I’ll be grabbing book 2 for sure

has been a pretty big help
Empath series, Book 1 has been a pretty big help in reaching out to people who possessed the said personality. Identifying the type of an empathy a person is and seeing the good side of an empath is just one of the many lessons you’ll adapt from this.

A distinct piece.
Listening to the statements what an empath says or thinks is quite overwhelming. However, it made me appreciate them more and now I’m looking up to people who I’ve noticed signs of empath traits.
