High Energy

The advice is basic, but sound. I like the fact the author voiced the audio book. Gives off a high positive energy feel.

Great, but the audiobook isn’t ideal.

As much as I love Felicia Day’s frenetic narration and enthusiasm, this is a workbook and the pdf is necessary if you don’t have the paperback. It’s not the sort of book you listen to while driving or at the gym, so it really makes more sense to read a hard copy.
