It Was Free

I'm not going to complain too hard about a boxed set that was free, so let's start there. I was pleasantly surprised about several elements of the story line that were refreshingly new and original. However, there were chapters where I was practically yelling at our heroine because of predictable story lines.

As far as virtual narrators go, I've definitely heard worse, but there were some dialogues where I had a difficult time following along the conversation because I couldn't tell who was speaking. A few words the virtual narrator would change accent on, which was really curious. I had an easier time with listening once I sped time up to 1.2 - 1.5. There's a lot of life and quip that gets lost in this storyline. And our heroine does a lot of growing up that you don't feel from the stagnant delivery of the book. This story would have *heavily* benefitted from a live narrator.

The content on this was not as steamy as others in this subject can get, there were a couple pretty hot scenes, don't get me wrong, but this subject can get to a point where every other page people are jumping bones and this isn't that.

Overall I don't feel like I've wasted my time, but I'm glad this was included in the membership.

plot depth

whatever happened to her parents. When cimes to hell exploration it's not simple. what if the original potion lead you to her. you know there's more to hell than that. I like it but after numerous talks about going to hell and the powerful Baby the daddy's want to hid I stopped reading.
