As a male, I think I took away more than females do.
This book is great as it discusses strategies to be more efficient with your time, money, and life in general. But listening to it from a male perspective, Melissa also describes the stigmas and issues being a woman and trying to be successful. She doesn’t make me feel bad about being a male, but does enlighten me to issues I hadn’t thought of. Ultimately, I will be better at recognizing these stigmas in my life and working to remove them. This book is a great listen.

Melissa has done a fantastic job taking important and helpful information on how to be more productive, less stressed and maximizing our lives for optimal health, success, career, children and overall relationships while we try to juggle it all. Packed with practical advice for any busy person!
Can’t say enough good things about this book! I found each chapter full of l great ideas and particularly loved the time chapter and the money management chapters. We started using the 4 pockets method immediately and it’s helped so much!

Wonderful Tips!!!
Absolutely loved the tips provided in this book so I can, too, become an EB! I already implemented 3 things today that I learned and can’t wait for more. Amazing book, Melissa!
