Really appreciate all the information in this book. Real estate investing has been daunting but this book has so many great ideas to help the “average joe” get into real estate.

Anyone lacking savings for a down payment but trying to figure out a way to buy real estate, should read or listen to this book!

The author provides several examples in an easy-to-read format to help anyone understand different pathways of getting into real estate. As a super informative and easy read, this book is a great launching pad for that!

Short book packed with expert advice! Has so many innovative ideas on how to make down payments more affordable, so that more people can try their hand at real estate investing. Teaches you how to make it happen with resources you may not have thought of.

JUST Wow !

This is probably the most information with examples I got in less than 1 hr. It was so interesting that I had rewind a listen to it again as I had always heard of the concepts HELOC and other legal loops in the real estate industry but this was just all info without fluff in one hub! Very helpful

I live on Maui and the homes are very expensive. I have been struggling for years to come up with a large down payment for a home that is close to a million dollars.
