very good book but definitely for 13+ maybe more, but great story, witty jokes, and memory characters

It is about an artistic dragon who has a princess and uses her to interface with the human world. Also he does dragon things and goes on an adventure. It has lots of feral dragon PoV, with the occasional princess PoV. The narrator also makes lots of dragon noises.

Lots of dragon time.
