Brilliant as always
Dr. Robert Anthony is one of the few experts in the personal development space who not only "gets" it, but he breaks things down in a way that's so easy to understand.
I'm a HUGE fan of his work. And as someone who has invested a small fortune in personal development before finding his teachings, I highly recommend any of his books and programs. This book is no exception.

I joined Audible specifically to find Dr Robert Anthony's book Ultimate Secrets of Total Self-Confidence. Instead I found this title and it didn't disappoint. I can't wait until his other titles appear hear in audio form.
