Awesome Sports Romance & Narration🎧 Zane💘Morgan!

I am loving S.R. Grey’s “Men of Fall” series and it great to visit the wonderful world she created again. Each book in the series features a different player of the Columbus Comets and stands on its own and each one is just as amazing as the other and I highly recommend them all. This fourth book is wide receiver Zane Tinsbury’s story, he is building his dream home in the country with hopes of having a family one day and filling it with love. He finally gets a chance to go check on the progress of the construction and he thinks he hears a noise but he does not find anything before having to leave. Morgan Delano is on the run from her abusive ex-husband, she thought she was far enough from Florida but he winds up tracking her down again. She does not have a lot of options but she finds a new home construction to be a safe place to hide out for a while. She did have a close call when the owner came to check the place out but luck was with her because he got called out. She was not as lucky the next time he stopped in and caught her sleeping on the floor. She recognized who he was the first time she saw him and was glad he would hear her out and let her explain her situation. He was very understanding and allowed her to stay in the home, even making it even more livable for her. I loved watching these two get to know each other, there was great chemistry between them but Zane was taking his time with her, wanting her to take the lead but her insecurities prevented her from doing that. He was patient with her and helped her build her self up again. This wonderfully written and plotted sports romance has the perfect balance of drama, heartfelt emotions, some thrilling and suspenseful moments and a sweet love story. S.R Grey, thank you for another fabulous story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 And for the fabulous narration, Regan West and Tim Paige deliver an outstanding performance, bringing these characters and their story to life. They had a complete understanding of the characters they portrayed, giving each a voice that suited the character’s persona, sounding believable and just as I pictured the characters to sound. Tim Paige played Zane’s role with perfection, and Reagan West did the same for Morgan, both were great performing the roles of the secondary characters too. They sent the perfect tone for the story, captured all the character’s emotions and projected them into their performance and have you feeling every single one. These entertaining storytellers are a pleasure to listen to and their narration enhances an already amazing story to another level. Thank you for another fantastic listen.

I loved it!

This is the fourth book in the Men of Fall Series, a Sports Romance. I love this Series. Zane and Morgan's story is beautifully written, sweet, fun, original, suspenseful, and entertaining. Zane is handsome, caring, and supportive. Morgan is beautiful, resilient, and a strong survivor. I loved to follow them in their journey to love. They are perfect together. I enjoyed it, and I highly recommend it! This is my favorite story in the Series. Reagan West and Tim Paige did a great job with the narration. Looking forward to read Hard Count, the next book in the Series.

Loved it - Great story and great narration

This is the fourth book in the series from S.R. Grey and as I have come to expect from her books, it was well written, with characters that you cannot help but fall for and I was riveted from the first to the last chapter. Down by Contact was a fabulous addition to the Men of Fall series.

This is Zane Tinsbury and Morgan Delano’s story and it was an entertaining read. Zane is the wide receiver for the Columbus Comets football team. He is a take charge man who is confident and popular and yet there is something missing in his life, he is lonely.

The narration by Tim Paige and Reagan West really brought Zane and Morgan’s characters to life for me. Their narration certainly did justice to the wonderful story that S.R. Grey wove and their voices were easy to listen to.

Building his dream home, the last thing he expects to find is a woman hiding out there but Morgan is desperate and on the run, trying to hide from her dangerous ex husband. I fell hard and fast for swoon worthy Zane and I admired Morgan. I loved them individually but particularly as a couple. As their relationship grew I was cheering for them to get their happily ever after.

Quick listen. Great for when you just need a nice romance but not too in-depth. I enjoyed listening while doing chores. It was book 4 in a series that I haven’t read and I didn’t have a problem following.

Love the Meet Cute

I'm a big fan of sports romances and S.R. Grey's never disappoints, whether it is football or hockey. Down by Contact is book four in her Men of Fall series and focuses on football player Zane and his unexpected houseguest, Morgan. The story is well-paced and the main characters likable and easy to relate to and their chemistry is palpable.
Morgan is trying to hide from her abusive ex and what better place than an under construction house? That is until the owner, Zane, thinks he hears something and decides to install a security system. Little does he know the critter caught in the house once it is installed is someone who will turn his world upside down. Once he meets her and knows why she is living in his unfinished home, he decides she can stay and the attraction begins. What follows is a slow burn romance between Zane and Morgan, with the football player revealing is protective side. His only concern for the woman he's falling for is keeping her safe from her crazy ex.
I really enjoyed listening to this book and Regan West and Tim Paige do a great job giving life to the characters in this book. Both narrators show a the deeper aspects of the characters and both are among my favorite narrators.

Awesome addition to the series!

Absolutely loved this next book in the Men of Fall series! The story grabs you from the very beginning and the narrators, Reagan West and Tom Paige, do an amazing job of bring Zane and Morgan to life!

Overall likable characters.

This was a cute easy read, though a tad implausible. I really liked the characters but I was left wishing I knew them better, especially Zane. The order of events leading up to the main conflict were a little too B list horror movie for me but I did want these two to have their HEA after all. Not my favorite by this author, but overall as usual, very likable characters.

What a well written exciting story! It had a lot of excitement in it and I didn’t want to stop listening.
The narrators were great and they made the characters come alive! I highly recommend this one!

Men of Fall Series

Down by Contact (Men of Fall, Book 4) is a fun listen. I love this series and listening to them gives them a sense of realness. Morgan and Zane's characters are friendly and have great chemistry. A sports romance with suspenseful moments intricately weaved into the pages. I enjoyed the Sweet and sultry moments plus witty banter between Morgan and Zane. With a great ending.

Tim Paige and Reagan West dual narration brought the characters and their story to reality. Tim's inflection is heady. The narrators set the right tone of the story and captured the characters thoughts.

The perfect weekend listen, SR Grey gives us Down by Contact, the fourth book in her Men of Fall series. I am loving these football players!! Zane is building his home. Not an easy task when playing football, but he gets to check in on it's progress when he is home. Morgan is on the run from her ex. Not knowing where she will land next, she is just seeking refuge. These two meet under the craziest of circumstances, and then our story really begins. Zane is such a sweetheart! I love his character's empathy, and how he takes such great care of Morgan. Morgan has a lot to work through, with her confidence hindered and the need to get her life back in order, Zane gives her good balance. And we get the ribbing of all the players we have met in the past as well as fun in the VIP area with the significant others! And in true Grey spirit, there is always a little suspense, and this part had me on edge. It's a funny, romantic, exciting story and a great addition to the series.

Tim Paige and Reagan West bring this gem to life. Paige gets Zane, from the competitive player to the sweet man he is. He knows how to make him sound and create that realistic feel. West is a favorite, and I love her perception of Morgan. She keeps her on edge, all while finding the changes in her heart. I enjoyed this narration and love the series.
