If you have any common sense this book will not be much of a revelation to you.

Utterly worthless

Complete waste of time. A lot of nonsense acronyms, mostly for not being too critical. Don't wasteyour time.

This little book has changed my life and help me deal with criticism from my husband.

Good advice from a great speaker

Has good advice on handling criticism by others and on giving it yourself. Some of the topics she covers (the pendulum--which is interesting but unenlightening) are a little hokie, but that's as bad as it gets. The quality wasn't great (format 2); listening on a CD was semi-painful, but on the computer it sounded fine. She's a great speaker, though, so that makes it much easier to listen to. Recommended if you're looking for advice (albeit not a ton--only 40 minutes) on how to handle criticism.
