This story starts with a milkmaid named Sarah Nelms in 1796. It resulted in the complete elimination of a plague that killed millions of people all over the world. I have written my first book to make these answers available to everyone concerned about vaccines. This book is based on my 50 years of medical training in obstetrics and public health.
