Story is good, execution not so much.
This is such a departure from the first book. It’s a bit of a mess with so many points of views. It was hard to keep track of what the as going on. Maybe a second listen might make it better. I don’t know.

Jade and the rest are 10/10
I love that all of the innermost thoughts of all of the characters feels genuine. This may be even more so in the first book. The book is gruesome, heartfelt and perfect for the person who has at least seen a couple of slasher films. It may seem like drinking out of a fire hose if you don’t know at least a couple of slasher movies. This book was heartbreakingly honest and great for any fan.

I read the first book- listened to the second…but with a cast like this, you’ll want to purchase all 3 books on Audible immediately! Be prepared to set time aside- the writing is addictive, but also the chapters are very long.
