My only complaint is that some concepts got revisited a lot, almost like the same message kept coming back in different packaging. I appreciate reinforcement, but there were moments where I thought, "Okay, I got it already." Still, if you need multiple reminders to really internalize this stuff—and honestly, I probably did—it's not the worst thing.
If your brain feels like it's working against you most days, this is a solid listen. It gave me tools I'm actually using.
