Excellent Book!
I love how Gary teaches you how to be an effective, great leader in these new times after the pandemic.
I would recommend this book to literally anyone, I say that because no matter who you are, or what you do you, you should try to be a great leader because it’ll improve all of your relationships with other people
I chose this high rating because I have been in a leadership role for over seven years at work and this book really open my eyes to some of the things that I still do wrong to this day!
