I feel so relaxed. I wake up energized and motivated. It's taken a few weeks of listening at least 4 times a week but I'm noticing an automatic change in my decisions. The first time I woke up to the blaring "THIS IS AUDIBLE". Audible needs to take those off meditative books. We know "THIS IS AUDIBLE" it's an app we intentionally opened ;)Repitition works

2. Do you start from the beginning each night considering I fall asleep quickly or start from a different chapter each night?

the results have been great as i am a bit stubborn, long term sugestions require habitual dedication to take to, so i need to continually listen. it is a long session so make sure you have time. i do wake up relaxed and many of the suggestions are profoundly effective. ill be buying more of her programs for sure.
