Just when I thought Monica McCabe’s works couldn’t get any more amazing, hearing her books voiced in an audiobook delivers an entirely new and heightened level of intensity and vividness. Her use of language and knowledge of animal conservation and husbandry, geography, local customs, martial arts, and medical emergencies indicate a level of research and life experience unrivaled by other romance novelists. I cannot wait to listen to her other works.
