This book gives me hope

A beautiful and much needed book. I really enjoyed the 5th chapter: A well and healed body and the structure of the book. I love listening to it early in the morning and it always gives me so much hope and tranquility.

If you want to get rid of negative thoughs and encourage positive thinking then this is the book to use.

Drown out the Negativity

There is nothing more powerful than the word of God. Though it might not always be loud and can seem to be drowned out in the busy day-to-day lives we live but all you need to do is listen. Seek him out and he will take all of your burdens, worries, fears and give you daily strength.

This is a wonderful book especially when we are faced with the stress from our daily life. We may not be able to change our circumstances all the time, but we could start with our minds and thoughts. This book so eloquently reminds us that everything starts with our thoughts, which we do have control over. Getting in touch with our spirituality and use that as guidance to help us navigate through life with positivity is so important that we often overlook it. I find starting your day with the book is really helpful to feel grounded, supported, and loved. Get this book!

I came across this audiobook “Develop a Beautiful Mind God's Way: Words of Inspiration and Affirmations to Free Your Mind from Worry, Anxiety, Negative Thoughts and Encourage a Positive Thinking Mindset“, which is great because I wanted to have a title that has a spiritual way of being free from negative thoughts. With this audiobook I am able to have a title I can listen to with regards to positive thinking. The topic on having a beautiful mind in order to overcome adversity though God’s Word is one that I particularly was interested to listen to.

Peace and Tranquility

This book is a blessing. The affirmations and inspiring words help overcome the negative self talk we often wrap ourselves in when life gets hard. I listen to them over and over to allow more positivity in my life, and gain peace of mind. I highly recommend it.
