Helpful, but nothing groundbreaking
Good content, but some sections were unnecessary or repetitive (such as the section on technology). The role-playing was helpful, especially when the same situation was approached from different points of view, but sometimes the author busy left it to the reader to finish the role playing which didn't really work.
