An enticing story
This book is broken up into 6 smaller books. This 1st glimpse into the life of Emma and her 2 best friends sets the foundation for an intriguing storyline. i cant wait to see how this relationship blossoms into love.
I did receive this book as a gift from Mrs. Carlyle in exchange for an honest review. I highly recommend this book to others. It was quite enjoyable.

Wake up Em. He's killing you slowly.
The more I listened to this the angrier I got at Em for letting herself be a victim and enabling her dad. I'm sure she'll be a martyr in the next book too, because people like her don't learn until it's too late. Her dad doesn't even deserve my words. He's selfish sociopath. Sometimes you have to cut the toxic from your life just to breath. I'm do angry and frustrated. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a good job.

Dang. This poor girl has had it rough but she never gets knocked down. that ending was not what I was expecting. At all. Narrator did a wonderful job!

Designing Emma - Volume 1
The Designing Emma series is off to a great start with this first volume. We are introduced to Emma and her two best friends Daniel and Damion. As the three are getting ready to embark on a business venture together, you can just feel like something big is about to happen.
Clarissa Carlyle has set the stage for a great series of short stories. I’m already looking forward to seeing what comes next.
Laurie West has delivered an entertaining performance. She did a great job with bringing out the characters personalities.
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

The start of a new adventure...
Emma and her two college friends, Daniel and Damion, make the decision to create their own designing company which means that Emma has to make the choice between that and her father who is not the man he once was. Throw in on top of this a budding romance with one of the guys, you will have to listen to find out which one, and Emma's life is changing quickly. But her choices will end up hurting someone. A really good listen. I received a free copy of this audiobook from the author but my review is voluntary and unbiased.
