First off, this book was absolutely epic! I loved the original trilogy & this one is just as amazing as that. I seriously cannot wait for the other books to come out!

The narrators doe an absolutely amazing job with this audiobook. I love the duet narration (male narrator reads all male spoken parts).

Angel & Reece have an ancient and complex history and have hated each other for centuries. Now they need to work together to help save the worlds again.

These two have such a complicated past and that makes for a great story. I love these two & their story is one of my favorites. Definitely a book to read!

Narration by Jakobi Diem was amazing!

This book is a standalone, but reading the first 3 books helps to understand the characters better.

Narration by the male narrator is amazing! He has great tone, pacing and emotion, plus his voice is fabulous.

Minor spoilers:
This is a second chance romance, but I’m not entirely sure why they broke up in the first place. Unless I missed it - there was little history and no discussion/explanation after their reconciliation. That said the action events and the interactions between the characters was interesting. The ending felt rushed and a bit like checking boxes to make sure everything was completed.

The narration was mostly good, but the female narrator kept mis-pronouncing words and pulling me out of the story. Enough that I had to stop and look up the correct pronunciation.

Overall the story was okay. Narration by the female narrator was okay. Narration by the male narrator was amazing!

Story was rushed but overall..

Idk why everyone keeps talking about the male voice being so horrible when I couldn’t stand hearing that old man in the first 3..to actually hear a younger and “sexier” tone..I was pleased.. now the female.. wasnt that much of a fan for her.. she made both Angel and Mira sound soft, which could also be blaming the writing. Ok, I get Mira was in a condition but damn! She cried every chance she got. So I hope in the next book we can have the female narrator from the 1st three and maybe the male from the second or someone young and better.. and I really hope Jaymin didn’t rush through on the story.

Sad but awesome story!

I loved the story but listening to the first 3 Shadow Beast Shifters books with Mera & Shadow I feel in love with the narrators & I was deeply disappointed they changed the narrators. For about 1 minute! They were awesome! I loved this story it was sweet, steamy, & sad it hits you right in the feels!!! 5*****!!!!!!

The story was ok but rushed but male narrator was abysmal.

The story was ok but rushed. Needed more time and story to make it really connect. The female reader was good. The male reader was terrible. He did all of the male characters basically the same and it was hard to tell who he was speaking for most of the book

I wish there had been more Reece sided dialogue

I enjoyed this audiobook possibility a little more than the Shadow and Mera stories. I really loved Reece and Angel

Good story but could have been better

The story fell a bit short in the plot department. I think they could’ve made more interesting. The narrator was good. It just needed a little bit more excitement, action. Overall is was a good listen

Adored it!

I love the spice, the story, and the little Easter eggs that hinted to the ending.
